Return window: you may return an item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with any tags and accessories. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or phone.
Non-returnable items: for hygiene or safety reasons, certain items (e.g. used cosmetics, underwear, perishable or made-to-order goods) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Defective or wrong items: if the product delivered does not match your order or is defective, we will replace it or refund you in full at no extra cost.
Refunds: approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Return delivery costs may be at the customer's charge except where the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
